I wish I had pictures to accompany this with but unfortunately bike is in the shop. The general problem though is that the previous owner failed to replace the O-Ring on the Oil Cap and it then broke while he was riding and then covered the swingarm in oil. I have gotten off some of it, but is there any particulars for removing the oil, and any ideas on prep work for spray painting the general area with the correct frame paint?

Thanks a Bunch!
