I torqued my heads down and noticed a crack in my pushrod cover from when my pushrod bent. I need to take them off and replace it but do I need new gaskets? I never started the bike. Do they seal once torqued?

Also if I buy an OEM ring set do they need to be gapped or are they ready to go from the factory. The cylinders are stock unbored and untouched

You can use the gaskets again.

Always check the ring end gap, but it will probably be sufficient. It only takes a few minutes.
