I have a 2003 Blast, headlight stopped working, changed the bulb. still will not work. Took apart switch and tried jumping the contacts, still nothing. All fuses seem fine.

Using a multimeter check continuity between the bulb socket and switch and fuse terminals.

Also check your fuse with the meter, sometimes a fuse looks "ok" but might have a hairline break.
