Found some minor damage on the front wheel of my '07 XB12S. There's about a 1-2 inch section that's been flattened a little. I'm curious as to whether or not the bike would be fine with the small flat spot on the rim or would it be wiser to replace the wheel? Or could the rim/lip be massaged out?

Thanks for the input.

a friend of mine works for a company that fixes bent rims for cars - so i dont see why it couldnt be done for your bike. if the small flat spot is just on the outer-most part of the rim you should be ok. best bet if you wanna fix it - call a REPUTABLE body shop
