Hi guys:

Well, the baby is finally sleeping through the night and it's stopped raining.

Tried to get my CityX up and running, but the battery is dead dead dead. I need a new one.

Recommendations on what I should get? Can I just get a 12V motorcycle battery from Kravens?

Thanks

I personally recommend the stock battery from your HD dealer. It is a good long lasting battery, isn't terribly marked up, and it fits. Many aftermarket batteries are slightly bigger or differently shaped, and can cause issues with installation.

If you got coin to spend, Erik Buell Racing has a nice lithium battery that weighs next to nothing, but it is overkill for street duty.

Woo hoo! Bike fired right up!

thanks froggy!

Question though -- I'm having a heck of a time getting that rubber strap back in place. It was a three person job to get it off the battery in the first place.

Any tips on how to get the rubber strap back over the battery?

thanks!
