05 XB9sx, I have a Jardine slip on, Open air box, snorkel removed, breather re route and thats it, I Liked the power range better before with the stock map because it didnt have the huge dip in torque at mid but I was afraid I was running too lean which is why I tried the race map.
Does anyone have a map/eeprom that will work better for my needs since i dont plan on spending all my time in the top of the rpm range?
Any help will be greatly appreciated!

I may have a map for you. I too noticed the same thing on my buell XB9R after I modified the exhaust. When I put the race map on, the low end was flat feeling. I blended the two maps together. On the race map I noticed that the mid range points were leaner than the stock map. So I replaced all the map points in the mid range that were lean compared to stock with the stock numbers. The race map only had a few points at the tops tps settings that were richer that stock. I left those alone. But there were alot of mid point settings that were very lean compared to the stock map. I left all the lean settings on the race map for closed throttle which helped with exhaust popping. I also blended the timing. That gave the timing curve a more uniform advance curve much like you would see in a mechanical advance timing. I have been very happy with this setup so far. I will be doing some data logging soon to fine tune everything but I believe I am pretty close. I do have copies of all three maps and a table showing the difference between the stock and race maps if you want to see it.
