I would like to know the best (cheapest and safest) way to replace the frame of a XB9R 03. I found an used one that seems to be in good shape and comes with the bill of sale the thing is that says for stunt or track only. The questions are: why stunt or track only? How do I change the vin number from one to the other and what other implications/changes i have to make to have the bike street legal again?

Is the only way to do it with a new frame from HD?
