hello, all. new to the forum. i have an 09 1125CR. <3

this is my first motorcycle, but i hate the throttle response. anyone ever put a half twist throttle on a street bike?

just seems like it would be way more fun...

I have used half twist throttles on the street in the past for bikes meant to drag race. For that purpose , they are very good, for regular riding on the highway, and even more so in twisties, I very much prefer all of the control, of the stock throttle. Some road racers use a reduced throw throttle, depending on the bike, rider, and class, but they are after one goal, to get there first, ,even at significant limiting of what a bike can do, on the street.
