Hi , i am in the UK
trying to get US gearing but is a bit hard to find the pulleys
managed to find a rear Sportster pulley 61T

has anyone got got the part no for the front 27t pulley please ?

Part # 40288-95

IIRC the ID of the sporty sprocket will have to be machined to fit the Buell hub.

i got a 27 tooth front pulley off of ebay £25,i then set to with a drill and grinder and shaved 170g off it,i have yet to fit it as i cant undo the nut(yes i took the lock plate off and yes i know its a left hand thread but it will not budge)i dont intend to get a US rear pulley as i think 27/55 should be the best ratio,let me know how you get on,
