is a 2003 xb9 crank the same as a m2 or x1.the xb crank will fit into the m2 case right? what about the trans gears? are they interchange able?

No, no and no..
It would take machining on the case to get the crank to fit.
The trans on the old tubers was a cassette style, the XB isn't, they require a case split.
Some of the gears may be the same but I'm not sure on that one.

i know people have used a xb crank in a 883 sportster to make it a 750cc motor, there have been at least 2 at maxton like that and even a guy with a xb crank in a ironhead motor. it is possible but not sure how? i was told that the crank pins were different size? im not 100% that why im asking.
