hello iam ready for new brakes on my xb9r is it hard to do?????? do i need to take off the caliper????? if so what size is the hex head please help me Donald seagraves

Its not hard at all. Just center the caliper between two spokes. Loosen the pin but do not remove. Loosen top bolt and remove bottom bolt. You will need a 5/16" for the caliper bolts and 3/16" for the pin. I put masking tape on the spokes and around the hub to prevent chipping the finish. When installing torque bolts to 35-37 ft-lbs and pin to 11-15 ft-lbs.
