Anyone know if I can switch master cylinders on my 99 M2 with a 00 master cylinder and still use the same calipers?

I have seen a new master cylinder on ebay, but it is the MC with dot 4 instead of Dot 5 (as is currently on my bike.

I would obviously need to clean the calipers and maybe flush the brake line too, but other than that, are they comptable.

I would go for it. I think the 99-02 use the same master.
