Author Message   Blarg Posted on Thursday, June 10, 2010 - 06:22 pm:        I got the comfort package reflash a little while ago and it was part #M31US261. Someone else just went to get the reflash and was told that there is now an M31US262 and the M31US261 is no longer available. Anyone else heard of this? Anyone know what's changed?   Froggy Posted on Thursday, June 10, 2010 - 06:29 pm:        262 is a newer calibration than 261, so the probably changed something. I just called the local Buell dealer and they confirmed that it's a newer part # and they can flash it for me, but they have no information on the changes. Maybe I'll get an ECMspy cable and dump my current map before I update. just odd that Buell is still putting out new maps for the Comfort Kit even though they're closed.   Froggy Posted on Thursday, June 10, 2010 - 06:48 pm:        They have come out with several new calibrations for all the 08+ models including 1125's since closing. I got a whole bunch of EEPROM's off various bikes, I might have your 261 and the 282 already.   Blarg Posted on Thursday, June 10, 2010 - 07:21 pm:        guess it's time for me to buy a cable then...I'm about 85% happy with my current map (the 261) so I'd like to be able to get back to it if I don't like the new one as much...and I'd like to know what the difference is. Now I'm researching the software - looks like I found ECMspy 1.12.26. Is that going to work or should I use ECMRead?
