My xb12x started making a light noise which progressed to the point i thought it would grenade if not corrected. Normally I would disassemble until coming across the damaged part which inevitably shows itself. Not this time. took it down to the cases but saw no problems. I finally turned to a higher power and took the bottom end to a sportster specialist who split the cases and found my crank was binding in one spot.He supposedly corrected this (won't know for sure till reassembled)but I still am not exactly understanding what and how would cause this. Has anyone had experience with this kind of issue and if so could you enlighten me on factors involved.I am not real secure with a diagnosis that has no obvious logical cause and effect. any help is appreciated.
