I have ECMSpy. Any reason why the value would jump up to 150% within 10 miles round trip? I have also been reading about the Cam Position Sensor, where can I find it, to see if it needs replaced? |

That's a huge jump, and more than what a fueling mismatch due to a pipe or intake would do. A sensor is bad, or a sensor is getting bad info, or not enough fuel is getting delivered. I don't think an intake leak would move it that far.
If I had that problem, I'd be looking at something to do with either the O2 sensor or the fuel pump. I suspect that either the O2 sensor is bad, or there is a leak that is causing it to see way too much O2 (cracked header, bad gasket, etc). Or the fuel pump is not pressurizing enough to get enough juice per squirt. Maybe a clogged or malfunctioning rear injector. I'm of course assuming that the tank has gas in it 
I dunno, all guesses on my part. But that's what I'd be looking for.
The CPS is under the timing cover on the right side of the engine. |

Thanks Al, I am running the Micron, would the seams have anything to do with it? Does the Micron have a lifetime warranty, in case there is a crack? I will check on the '02 sensor. Thanks again! Yes, it has gas and fresh oil change. 
I was told not to mess with anything under the timing cover. In your opinion, would I need to look to that for the poor running? I also have blow-by going on, don't know if that has anything to do with it either. |

I don't think neither the CPS nor the Micron has anything to do with your very high AFV. What do your spark plugs look like? How does the bike run? |

Yesterday the bike ran like Crap. It SEEMS like when the fan comes on, it starts to misfire. I did finally get a code to flash on it, which was called a loose ground, OR a short in the ground wire so I tightened it up. Have not ridden very far to test, but the ride to work this morning felt better. |

Update: Went on more of a lengthy ride after work and no issues, and the AFV after being set last night stayed at 100. Could all of this be because of a loose ground wire??? |

Al's #1 rule of motorcycle mechanics.....ALL problems are grounding problems until proven otherwise.
I've had a loose ground wire do all kinds of funky stuff, including throwing codes that had nothing to do with anything that actually failed.
Micron Lifetime warranty? Ha, that's a good one. Besides the fact that they are out of business, does ANY exhaust manufacturer has a lifetime warranty? I doubt it. |

Sure! We guarantee this exhaust for the lifetime of this exhaust!
With some of the White Brothers exhausts on tubers (which looked REALLY cool), that warranty could have been measured in minutes.... |
