my 07 buell blast is blowing 7.5 ignition fuses.And Yes! i have checked every wire i could find,moved horn mount,like every buell post said,and still it blows.i thought about trying a ten amp but didnt want to damage her.any ideas ? i would love to fix this myself,or point my service guy in the right direction..

How quickly does it blow the fuse? Is it OK until you turn the handlebars?

Discounting wire harness problems with frayed wire insulation, etc., you might look at the schematic for the Blast and find out what components are wired to the ignition circuit. Therein may lie a suspect degrading component that is drawing more than its share of current for that circuit.

Not much help, I know, but if you have time, try isolating
components on the ignition circuit until the fuse stops blowing. Then you'll know what to do.
