anyone done any major suspension work on the Lightning or any late model XB12 models?

I'm planning a suspension swap, but I'm not sure how to go about suspending the bike.

pull off exhaust?
then what? regular flat jack?

I'm assuming this is to swap S and Scg suspensions?

I'm going from S to low and simply use the muffler jack point. Nothing else needed. Of course this requires one to only do front or rear at one time, but that's no big deal...
