Is there a trick to getting the o-rings in the head to seat properly around the push rod cover.Ive done it twice and it's still leaking on the right hand side.I oiled everything up before I put it together.Does the o-ring get rolled or pinched?I read somewhere that some people will super glue them in the head to keep them in place.

the whole push rod cover thing is a lesson in patience / frustration. Are you using the stock bases or the billet ones?

Stock.I talked to Dan-o at NRHS today and he said they us two people when putting the head on. One to install and one to watch/guide.I'll have to tear it down again.this will be the third time.I hope this isn't stressing the threads on my head.

Collapsible pushrod covers are tough to beat.
