I have a 09 1125R with almost 3k miles, and she is making a strange noise. I performed my break in as the manual suggested, performed my 620 service with no problems. I use syn oil and I know its thinner and would make noises a little more prominent but this noise is different. Turn on the bike and sounds normal 10 to 15 sec later a chatter starts low gets loud then tails off it will happen every cold start. The weird thing is as I ride no noise, idle in gear no noise, neutral and it comes back after my 20 min ride home ill let the thing run for a min and try to listen for it again, no damn noise I don't get it. Has any one had this same issue or close to. If so what was it. SPOC (HDs support network isn't being very helpful) Thanks in advance |
