how do you remove the T60 torx bolts from rubber mounts on the mounting block?

bought complete swingarm and mounting block on ebay

any tricks - no service manual - trying to remove and polish before i bolt to my S1

I'm trying to remove the 3/16 allen head bolt from the inside of my pivot pin (right side of swingarm). Does anyone know wether it is right of left hand thread? This is on a 2000 X1
