I got the name of these guys from another Bueller yet I didn't see my particular model on their website. I shot an email to the sales dept and within an hour I had a reply that was very forthcoming and honest (custom built = more expensive, non-refundable, VERY loud, think hard before you buy). I was so impressed that the guy was honest that I told him I'd mention it here. The systems are nice looking too. I'm not getting it because it is so loud, but I appreciate the dude's honesty.
