bought parts there 3 times since i bought my bike a few months ago.i am used to getting riped off or not helped at all by kawasaki/yamaha/sea doo dealers so much that i gave up and went the ebay way..got riped off or sent junk too many times there too. so i decided to go to the closet buell dealer to get my parts in person.150% better than i ever expected, the parts were cheaper than on line everything came in fast, they knew what i wanted and was talking about.even the misakes were taken care of before i asked and recived discounts on top of it all. even better a few of the guys ,trip and eric are buell owners and know the bikes and are a great help to me. If they would keep selling these great bikes id buy from them ,but at leat i know where to go for parts and anything that i can not do myself.

Agreed. As a new Bueller, Tripp has just been awesome to deal with. In 9 years living in RI, and 3 different marques, I finally have a local dealer that gets it.
