Is there a thermostat for the oil cooler?
Thought about taping up cooler in cold (32 F) weather.

No, the cooler does not have a thermostat.

Yes you can tape off your cooler. I live in So. California and tape off my cooler radiator 50% when the outside air temp drops below 50 F when I am riding at freeway speeds.
