Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone has experienced this issue before.
This has happened to me twice.

Issue Description:
I'll be riding along... engine dies.

Engine light does not turn on after engine stops running.

When toggling the ignition switch, the engine light and fuel pump will not turn on.

The engine will crank over but will not start.

Toggling the key switch THEN the ignition switch does not bring back the engine light or fuel pump.

All fuses, relays, battery terminals check out OK. I even went through "ground wire" checks/improvements stated on other posts.

I even reseated the ECM connections. (did this the first time it happened)

Re-checked all ground connections... everything is good on that front.

After about 10-15 minutes, the engine light and fuel pump will turn on then the bike will start.

It's as if the computer went it to some kind of safety mode.

No error codes present when checking with ecmspy.

I was thinking temperature sensor issue but the bike was not even hot.. fan was not running.

I'm lost... Would a faulty bank angle sensor cause this issue?

What would cause the computer to go in this safety mode... or is it a safety mode?
