I have an inoperative speedometer/odometer in a one second it worked next one it did not scene at highway speeds. Cable is loose and free of defects, it does engage the wheel drive positively the cable turns as the front wheel turns, the trip meter resets to zero. To me something failed in the speedo head. Does anyone know what how they fail internally and can these units be repaired or replace only? Thanks in advance fellow Buellers. I just had to say Bueller.
