I posted the complete story under nightmare at dealership in the 1125 forum!! I purchased my CR from them, they called and said my plates were in, so I figured I would kill two birds with one stone and get my service done.{BIG MISTAKE}!!! While watching them do the service, the tech finishes, rolls the bike off the lift and starts it. At that time I saw oil running on the floor! Tech sees and turns off bike. At this point I would like to know what happened, so I have a service writer go back and ask. Writer comes back and tells me the tech forgot to tighten the bolts on the oil filter cover!!! He said he fixed the problem and took the bike for a test ride. Came back with bike said all was good. I looked the bike over and noticed he did not the squish washers in the drain plugs!! I tell them, they say they will fix it but I will have to wait for the tech to get back from lunch!!WTF!! Tech comes back puts washers in. Then its time to pay. I look at the work order and they charged me for four Quarts of oil!!! So I guess they are charging me for the techs mistake? I did not pay for it!! Next day I get home from a ride and oil is leaking out of the oil filter cover and running all over my pipe! I call MANCUSO HD They say bring bike in today. Upon arrival I found the service manager [joke] and explained what took place the other day.I told him I thought It may be a better idea to do another complete oil change because Its so hard to get the correct amount of oil in the bike when you just change the filter. The manager laughed and said he would not do that! I then asked for my money back and said I would get the supplies and do the oil change myself. He stated, Sorry Im not giving you your money back, Ill fix the leak! I then informed him I had made two trips from Pearland [45 miles one way] and asked if I could get a gift cert or something for the problems. He says sorry Im not in the position to hand out gift certs and tells me he will fix the leak only. It took twenty minutes, two techs,a service manual and the service manager to get the leak fixed, and also to reset my service mileage that the tech forgot to do the other day!!! Then It takes them over an hour and four or five test rides to get the right amount of oil in the bike... They roll the bike out to me with fingerprints and oil all over it!! The service Manager notices oil on the intake cover and rubs it with his hand!!!! I then ask for cleaner and a rag, they bring it to me, I clean my bike and leave, hopefully I will never have to return!!! Again PLEASE do not take your Buell to MANCUSO HD at 290 and the crossroads!
