Just put a set of Pro Taper Aluminum bars on my bike, but cannot seem to find what the need to be Torqued to. Does anyone have a Service Manual that the can look @ and advise…?

In general if you know the bolt thread size, google "SAE bolt torque specs" or this link. That'll get you known values for different grade bolts and threaded materials.

Handlebar clamp screws, Lightning and Ulysses

10-12 ft-lbs per the 2008 Buell Manual. It also calls for use of 271(Red)Loctite.
