About how much $ should I expect to pay to have my tires installed and balanced? I will be taking the wheels off myself.

Although not simple, try to find someone who is into bikes and may have been involved in racing and has the equipment and experience to mount tires. This will lead to a reasonable cost by someone who loves bikes. My contact just installed and balanced my tire for $15 and we spent another hour shooting the sh*t afterwards. Very nice.

there was another post really recently on this... try Mcycle Sstore - they have an approved installer program - look in their listfor your area, usually includes costs w/ or w/o wheel.
No need to buy your tires from them - this will just give you an idea.
make sure they will not mess up your color finish on the rims!
Put indicator of roll direction on rim (arrow). They may not know buell bikes and not know what side rotor is on (assume the worst - do not overestimate the degree of intelligence and care the tire guy will put into his work for you).
