Problem: '00 Cyclone oil pressure switch is leaking.

Question: whether or not to use that white teflon plumber's tape wrapped around the threads when I install the new switch?

My dealer installed mine. I guess I doubt the tech used teflon tape -- but I would. I see absolutely no down side.

Teflon Tape is OK but I have had some leak issues before. I use pipe joint compound with Teflon now. Seems to work better for me anyway.

Revision: I just looked at the schematic and it is a 1 wire switch that needs a ground thru the threads so use something like Permatex Ultra Copper to maintain continuity.
