Hey all, I just wanted to plug Olympia Motosports of Hendersonville, NC. I had a spill on my bike the other day. I was wearing the Olympia Airglide 2 pants and Viper jacket and my only injury (if you could call it that) was a jammed thumb. The pants did an excellent job of covering my arse! I sent a quick not of appreciation to Olympia and they in turn are sending me a patch to replace the torn Cordura® and a replacement knee armor piece free of charge. Very nice and comfortable gear for anyone interested. Tim |

I use a Olympia Commando Jacket and Airglide pants. When cold, I add thermals under my street clothes before throwing these on, when it gets too hot I just remove the insulated/waterproof liners. The pants flow air great without the liner. The Commando Jacket is too much for 90+ imo for those days I use a FieldSheer mesh jacket. (all have great armor) If the new Olympia mesh jacket was around I would have gotten that one, but my FS was only 99.00 and I like it. As good as these are, I am starting to look at leather as well. |

I was caught in a rainstorm 6 hrs coming back from the Final Ride, I was soaked, and I also wore a Columbia gortex jacket over the Olympia gear. I need to GET a RAINSUIT. The armor is very good in all the Olympia gear. (Message edited by xb12xmike on October 31, 2009) |
