G'day guys,

Just bought a jardine can and I'm having it installed this saturday.

I'm trying to work out how to get the chin fairing back on once the new can is on.

The stock exhaust has lugs onto which the fairing bolts onto. The jardine does not.

Any ideas?

I know it's possible as I've seen it done in photos. Just haven't worked out the best way to do this yet.

Cheers,

George, Sydney. Aust

It comes with the brackets to do this. The front nose bolts on the chin cowl remain unsupported, but the side locations are bolted down. Once upon a time, those brackets would fail. But the newer design is fairly well supported and doesn't have many issues.
