When I ride my right inner thigh gets hot, then burned then blisters. The heat comes from under the seat where the fan blows. Any advice?

Wear a riding suit over your street clothes.

The double sets of pants adds a layer of insulation between the heat source and your legs. That's what I do anyways and I haven't noticed engine heat as being a problem for as long as I have been wearing my Aerostich suits: 2 piece Roadcrafter (fully lined) and Darien (unlined) also 2 piece.

Absolutely agree.

I never notice the heat EXCEPT when I am not wearing my Aerostich.

Great safety feature . . . a built in reminder.

buell sells the heat shields to block the airflow from that area.
