I am trying to get the stock end cap to go into the handlebars but I am having trouble getting it in there.. Any tips or anything on getting it in there? Thanks

I am thinking about bar end mirrors:

How did you get the stock end caps out? did you have to damage them in any way to get them out?

If you intend on replacing them with say bar end weights or mirrors, feel free to go nuts on them. I removed mine with a pipe wrench. Mauled the hell out of it, didn't matter as they were going in the garbage. They are $2 each or something like that to buy new from the dealer.

If you are not gonna re-use them.... Power drill and needle nosed pliers. It worked for me!

.... got the caps off....purchased some torx ratchet heads - how the bleep does the mirror come apart? i dont want to force or break anything..
...any advice, photos, -even exploded diagrams anywhere?
