Has anyone used the TPI EFI tuner from mcadvantges ( HTTP://www.mcadvantages.com ) or something like it the dealers in my area do not know how to program a ecm with ecm spy nor do I . This is supposed to be pre- programed ? Thanks Jake

It's pretty much like a PCIII just intercepts the fuel signal between the ECM and injectors and modifies it. Very crude compared to a good tune with ECM Spy.

Any worth while tuner will be able to tune a bike with ECM Spy. ECM Spy is very user friendly and simple to use. What are you trying to do? A full dyno tune on the bike? There has to be a dyno shop around that can take a look at ECM Spy and figure out how to use it fairly quickly.
