Turn key on, high beam indicator off, as is everything else, both headlights still on. Turn key off, smack left relay box, everythng turns off. Start with simple stuff. Check battery and connections. Warranty still in effect?

Battery and connections are good. another symptom: headlights are the only things working except when the hi beams are on only the low beam operates and the blue dash light is not on, turn off hi beam switch, hi beams light and blue dash light comes on.
Yes, it is still under warranty.

Try swapping the relays around in the relay center. If this helps or changes the symptoms, the problem could be in one of the relays or the relay terminals where they plug into the receptacles.

Another thing to check is the condition of the main fuse under the seat as well as the four grounding points on the frame. The metal under the ground points needs to be clean and the wires there perfect.
