I just finished all my basic maitenance(oil change, tranny fluid change, etc.) and went to take my exhaust off (to paint it) when I got the muffler off (first run Drummer) realized that the guts were loose! I'm guessing the internal welds gave up, I'm not sure how long the pipe as been on the bike since I just bought it, but I know it just recently, this week must have broke. My question is will Drummer fix it or should I go ahead and order the Drummer SS?

Why don't you ask Drummer? They have their own thread in the sponsor parts, service, and accessories area.
