cant figure out whats goin on ? bike will idle but once throttle opens dies , sometimes revs a bit then dies , unrideable. was told it would run rough at first but whats up??????

You must have done something when installing because it should be fine, so check everything you did. You had to lower engine, did you connect plug wire incorrectly,undo FI wires, look for something like this.
Just did a 9 in shop this week with Micron,ran fine,though much better after mapping.

I intalled a Serpent system on my '08 Ss and had no problems. The fit wasn't perfect and I needed to space a few things on the muffler properly, but... sounds like a major exhaust leak from your description.
