Author Message   Cpeacock Posted on Thursday, February 26, 2009 - 11:31 am:        I am a new Buell owner. The front rotor rattles and is loose. It looks like the rotor can be tightened at the torx screws. Can I tighten these or do I need to replace the rotor? Thanks!   Ocbueller Posted on Thursday, February 26, 2009 - 07:09 pm:        There was a recall kit with extra spring washers that can help with the rattle. It only worked for me temporarily. Ultimately I replaced the rotor with the factory 2000 model year replacement. There are aftermarket rotors as well. Check out American Sport Bikes, one of our sponsors.
