Hi I am struggling with my XB9s 2003 as when ever i ride the bike it tends to blow the 30Amp ignition fuse. I have had it tested at HD but they cannot find the problem and they say that all there diagnostic test reveal no error. I am having to ride the bike with a pocket of fuses in my pocket as emergency replacements. There is nothing in particular that I do in order to blow the fuse. Could someone please assist me in solving this issue.
Thanks Andrew

Is it really the ignition fuse? because the ignition fuse is 15 amps. The main fuse is 30 amps and is located by the battery. If it really is the ignition fuse try disconnecting the speed sensor, the connector is under the pulley cover. Some of the early XB9's had a unregulated speed sensor. When the sensor starts to have problems it would blow the ignition fuse. My XB had that problem.

You have a short in the wiring harness under the seat. I blew 2 coils and about 6 fuses finding it, Dothan, AL dealership finally traced it down
