The smaller elboe above the fuel inlet elboe- I guess it used to involve the crankase breather, been so long I'm not sure, anyway its' plugged with a rubber thing. Bike still dies after about a minute of idle with enricher only- won't idle otherwise. Should I unplug this, just rejetted and can't seem to get to the root of the problem due on going frustration. Bike is running way too rich and getting plenty of gas. How do I know that my enricher isn't leaking- seems to be snug? Seems like I'm running out of gas but bike dies and won't idle properly and gas all over outer carb-- could it be electrical, I checked ground wires, etc. Can't seem to fart around with it for more than a few minutes now from frustration. I'm getting no lite from spark plug wire checking tool- but its' made in china so could be faulty- must test on car. Still haven't change two intake rubbers. that's next when I take carb off yet again- tested these with carb cleaner and didn't speed up, etc.

I believe the smaller "elboe", (elbow, right?) (turn on spell check in your profile ) is for the emissions cannister. So, yeah, keep it plugged.
If gas is running out of the carb, it could be two things. 1) the float needle and seat is not sealing due to damage or contamination or 2) the float level is set too high.
