Hi, I have a 2001 Buell X1 lightning. Im looking to put an Eaton Roots supercharger on it as part of my undergraduate research in mechancial engineering. I'm wondering if I will be able to use ECMspy to modify my stock ignition/spark tables. Since there is not a pressure sensor in the system, as far as i know, the ecm will not be confused by positive pressure signals from a pressure transducer. please let me know if you think the ECM is capable of this. if you need more information id be happy to reply again and thanks for reading.

You should be able to use ECMSpy with boost. There have been a few X1s with turbos running the stock DDFI. You will need a good dyno shop and some one experienced with ECMSpy to tune the bike. Check here: http://xoptiinside.com/home
