Took me a few tries, but finally finished the project. Time will tell whether everything will work as desired.

Is there a way to view your album without joining photobucket? Your link sent me to the Login page and I'm not a member.

That's really good documentation. I wouldn't have known to drink the beer! Thanks.

That thing just looks badass! Now, I just wish Miller Lite would make an aluminum bottle!

What did you use to seal the fittings to the can? Keep us posted on the function. It looks too cool to not make one!

I used this petroleum based putty that is used in the firewalls of vehicles where hoses or wires go in to stop chaffing and cuts, but you can use black silicone putty or whatever. I just put that on to stop vibration from loosening the fittings since there is only one thread holding on to the thin can. I used the Bud aluminum bottle because it's hydro formed. enter the word on google to find out more. but in a short sentence. Hydroforming is a method to cold form a metal piece to conform to a die. I would think that they start with an aluminum disc and then blow into a bottle shape. Of course it takes tremendous pressure to do but it's very strong and durable. Lots of automakers are using it to make frames using that method.

As far as function, I have about 750 miles on the setup already and so far no loosenes, no leaks, etc. I do see some smoke coming out of the filter when the bike is idling primarily if it's just sitting there idling hot.

Thanks for the "cool" kudos.
