Here's my stock baseline runs: '09 1125R, 660 mi., 5th gear pull.
Only thing that has been done is the 'noid cable disconnected and the flies locked.
128.85 HP
72.60 ft/lbs Torque
That's the red line (first pull), looks like he shut it down a little early.
The blue line (second pull) she was getting hot and it put down slightly lower numbers.
I wish they would have scaled it for RPM instead of speed.
I've never seen a torque curve (line) this flat.
We also did a steady state cruise AF log to see where she's at in closed loop.
The closed loop is scary and makes me uncomfortable if I want a long living engine.
First thing I'm going to do this spring is put my O2 sensors in a box for safe keeping  , and do some wideband data logging with closed loop disabled. Time to tune.

Let me know if you need more dyno time. Also, based upon my own experience, it seems that the 02 sensors in a box will keep them and your engine happy. (Along with the owner.) |

So are you guys saying that they'll run better if the O2 sensors are pulled and holes plugged?? Just curious. |

gunter you are right it is typical.
i have a plenty dyno time. plus other tools to data log. stand alone they show the same thing.
its a epa feature required for a street use bike.
you want a race use get a race tuner or find someone who knows the hex codes and where to apply them to fix it differently.
my dyno is 100% portable.
we will have it full swing soon to do any dyno runs on any bike.
at that time i'll have to sponsor to post further.
the logger tools dont lie.

any new results? I have been tweaking mine and will show dyno results next week. Glad you posted, so I can compare #'s, since I never dynoed stock. Thanks for the post. |

Updated dyno numbers: First run in blue was posted April 12. Temperature was 70.
Second (red) run is with EB ECM and race pipes/can. K&N air cleaner. Temperature was 90.
Both runs at approximately 4500 ft elevation.
