PO lost key, new keyset is same price as custom key.... How do I get that son of a gun out of there?

This isn't like an x1. S1 is on left side, normal flat key.

The locks are numbered. Can you get a locksmith to make a key for it?

If not, I think your only option is to chisel off the head of the rivet holding the lock cover, unless you can twist/pull it out with pliers. The guts should spring out with the cover removed.
