If you haven't taken your 03-06 Firebolt in for the headlight recall yet, I'd recommend it. Especially for those looking into the pain of retrofitting. The improvement is significant, and makes the ghosts and goblins on those dark, scary (but fun) roads run for cover... Depending on your year and/or mileage, it's worth ponying up a few bucks to have both bulbs replaced at the same time (no labor cost, at least from my dealer). They aren't included with the recall. | ||

Dunno. The bulletin posted at http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/384 2/B076A.pdf only shows 03-06. Probably worth asking the dealer if it's already incorporated or if you can get it covered under warranty, if you're still in the window. All they can say is "no" (which seems to be the first answer to most questions, anyway). |
