Have a 1997 M2 motor in a Redneck Eng. frame and rear head has a bent valve. Am thinking on putting Thunderstorm heads on instead of repair. Do I have to get different pistons and should I get different cams also?

different ( 15° domed) pistons.
cams are an optional upgrade ,it depends how much power you want
