Someone was telling me I should adjust my suspension according to my weight and whatnot and he told me about this site. So can someone "walk me through" this process I have a lightning xb12ss

You should have a service manual, and if not look here for manuals you can view and adjust the suspension. Adjusting accordingly will depend on your riding style and normal road conditions. Suspension is much like paint, everyone has a favorite color or shade.
