Has anyone installed Nallin's Signature Series pipe on a tuber? I'm thinking about putting it on my 88 inch because right now it's stifled with the stocker. And if so can you give me the low down?! How does it sound (loud hopefully), any tab breakage issues, performance, etc.?

Thanks!

Lee,

I just recieved my Nallin Signature series pipe yesterday, I installed it last night and fired it up, and to give you an idea how loud it is my nosey neighbor called within 5 min and said if we wanted them to move to just come out and tell them. I did buy the street baffle, but I looks like that you have to drill to install it on the end of the pipe, which I don't want to ruin the JetHot coating. I did start the bike and slid the baffle in to see if it makes a difference. I could be wrong but it did not sound like it changed to much to me, but that was in my garage and holding it with my hand(gloves).
The one thing is, I hear Nallin worked with Force to develop this pipe, but everything came in Force box's. I don't know if there is a difference between the two? I'm sure there is someone in the Bad Web knows. I will try to send some pics.

Hey Cyclone,
1:st of all the Force is LOUD! I had the street baffle mounted on mine and it didn't make that much of a difference... It sounds like a Lancaster bomber ; ) So, I slaugthered my White Bros systems, got out the perforated inner tube as well as the "diameter decrase cone". Jam everything into the Force, put on a new aluminium end cone and voilá: I've got a decent sounding, killer looking pipe that delivers more mid range punch than the original Force setup.

BTW, I dunno ´bout the difference between Force and Nallin signature..

Bull,

Do you have any pic's of your baffle that you made? I have a broken down Vance & Hines that I can rape and pillage. I also have some ideas on changing the street baffle that I ordered for that Nallin/Force pipe.

Thanks for your thoughts

Bull,

No that's ok, Thank You for the idea though on cutting up an old muffler. I took apart my V&H can and took the pipe that goes straight through the center, measured what I needed to add to the new baffle to have a snug fit. It was still loud so I added the wading from the old can around the section of old pipe, because there is no room around the new baffle to slide it in with anything on the out side of it, and it sounded perfect. I still need to weld it together and take it on a road test.

Thx
Cyclone
