Hello all This is my first post in this forum. First of all, I would like to thank all of you for sharing so much knowledge and experience about Buells. I own a 2006 XB9SX with the following engine mods: Race ECM Open airbox Catch can Iridium plugs Force exhaust I usually log with ECMSpy, and I have made these maps for my XB   Feel free to use them if you think they are useful for you. Any constructive comments are welcome. The front map is scaled up by 2%, due to front cylinder running cooler. By removing fuel in the 1900-2900 RPM, 49-100% TPS I have avoided the sputtering this exhaust causes. I get AFV from 95 to 105, but light load cruising is erratic. Between 3500 to 5500 performs best, but on light load beyond 5500, it hesitates. When I enter the closed loop area I can see the (NB) AFR gauge bounce up and down constantly. Regards, Marcos | ||

are you logging with the TPS on 8bit, then analyzing it in MLV? your maps show it on %. might be a lil rich in the area youre getting hesitation. If the analysis is done properly, the next step is adjusting the timing in that area. but my bet is that the fueling is still off. are you disabling the open and closed loop learn during logging and limiting the AFV to 100 after you reset it? do a couple more iterations and see if it get better. |
