Two issues that I need help with. 1. Throttle dose not move freely. Every bike that I have owned you can twist the throttle wide open and let it go, and it would snap closed. This one will not do that. Kind of a safety concern. 2. When I turn the handle bars to left, in stead of hitting the stop, I am pinching the throttle cables and a wire bundle between the fork and frame. Is there a way to reroute those throttle cables and solve both of my problems???
